HOME FURNISHINGS

We have an extensive list of both trade-only and retail sources you won’t find anywhere else. Our relationships with fabrication workrooms mean we can design fully custom pieces or adapt existing items seamlessly. We can also honor your existing pieces and work in beautiful vintage touches.

LIGHTING

We have comprehensive experience in lighting design and layout. PLD can assist with locating high hats, light switches and outlets all the way through picking out statement chandeliers or table lamps. Our strong relationships with vendors, contractors and electricians across multiple communities mean we can take your lighting project from start to finish seamlessly.

Decorative accessories

Sometimes it's the special touches that bring a space together and make it one of a kind. Our workroom and resale relationships mean we can craft or source the accents to perfect any interior. We can incorporate your existing pieces while helping you find special items to make your home feel as unique as you.

Window & Floor coverings

We have extensive knowledge in window fabrications and treatments with sources for high-quality brands such as Hunter Douglas. Our custom fabrication partners can also make one-of-a-kind treatments. When it comes to flooring, we have resources to provide extensive material selection as well as custom installations. We can also help source the vintage rug for which your floors have been begging.

kitchen & bath design

From drawings to styling, if we can imagine it together we can make it a reality. We work in AutoCAD to draw your kitchen or bath from scratch while planning your spaces to take both form and function into account. We’re happy to consult with your existing kitchen cabinet supplier, or offer recommendations.

material, fixture & finish selections

Our wholesale accounts mean we can specify and sell fabrics with ease. Close industry partners enable us to source any plumbing fixtures, tiles, cabinetry, stone, or other materials your project requires.

Floor Plans

We use AutoCAD to create professional, scale drawings to plan your spaces during the construction stage. We can take walls, furniture and sizing into account for existing rooms, new builds and everything in between. We can work alongside your current architect, consult on existing architectural drawings, or even recommend an architect when the need arises.

Built-In & Millwork Details

Using AutoCAD, we can draw up custom shelves, cabinets, mouldings or any details you can name. As this software is the industry standard, you can share these plans with multiple contractors to gather quotes. We are also more than happy to help you find the right contractor for your project!
