Heirloom Rustic in Allendale, New Jersey

We all know home is where the heart is, and this home definitely has a lot of heart. The aim of this full-scale renovation was to honor the character and charm of this 1930’s era home. We took this house to new heights by raising the roof and redoing the exterior siding. A true feat of engineering, our team also moved stairs, refinished the floors and installed a new kitchen and two baths. We preserved the welcoming fireplace, the plaster walls in the living room, and the elegant archway between the living and dining room. These interiors are truly a celebration of heritage, so when it came to styling, we centered each space around treasured family heirlooms utilized in a fresh and creative way. You can feel the heartbeat of Pheasant Lane Designs everywhere you turn.
